Settle into an evening of meditation, crystal singing bowl soundbath, reflections from his book Lyrical Dharma: Hip-Hop as Mindfulness, and a live performance from his Buddhist-inspired hip-hop album Komorebi - an immersive journey into mindfulness, music, and the reminder that you are enough.
