Kali will bring us together as Sangha (spiritual family) to be held by the ancient teachings of Traditional Chinese Medicine (5 Element Theory) and Zen Buddhism. This Yin Yoga and Meditation Spring Retreat will re-establish essential foundations for all of us to uplevel our relationship to a life lived in mindfulness.

This year, Jeanie will play in the world and the ferocious and deepest aspect of Love, exploring Kali-Ma Sadhana. (This will be rich, juicy and humbling). When we are in “moment by moment” awareness of gratitude for all things in our lives both challenging and liberating we experience her Grace. In this retreat we will discuss the primal urge and longing we each have to feel full, worthy and complete. We will look to our shadow as a portal into her teachings. Through myth, mantra, movement, chanting, and meditation we will access our ability to harness ourselves to life, to creativity and to personal destiny.

Crestone Mountain Zen Center will provide lodging and meals for participants in Tsoknyi Rinpoche's Advanced Practice Retreat in Crestone. Please do not register with CMZC until you have been accepted for this retreat by Pundarika. This registration does not include admission to the retreat itself.
